- Hebron & Bethlehem
We begin the day with the colorful stalls and vendors in Hebron's old market that flaunts a variety of local goods and handcrafts as well as delicious food with their signature dibs, molasses-like syrup that is made from Hebron's infamous grapes, that can also be tasted in the vineyards of Halhul, a nearby village. Then the past catches up with a visit to the Ibrahimi mosque and the Miraculous Oak of Ibrahim.
Continue to the city houses The Church of the Nativity, the exact location where Jesus was born. You will have the opportunity to visit some remarkable places. And what better way to end your day than with delicious local food, like "Maqluba." which means "upside-down" in Arabic and is a pot of stewed meat, rice, and fried vegetables, cooked and flipped onto a serving dish to form an exciting tower that you will never forget.
