The Monastery is where Jesus spent 40 days fasting and meditating. We'll have the chance to view this excellent site and also get an equally stunning view of Palestine's most loved natural valley.
The summit of the mount, about 360 meters above sea level, offers a spectacular panoramic view of the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea.
 
Hisham's Palace, the Omayyad place paved in mosaic and held one of the most precious mosaics in the world, the 'Tree of Life.' It is a must when in Jericho. You will also visit the site where the Dead Sea scrolls are found; Qumran constitutes a beautiful blend of the historical, holy, and natural.

Our last stop will be at the Dead Sea, where you'll be able to float effortlessly on the salty water and experience the black mud exfoliating powers. It is the perfect relaxing end to the day.
