Upon arrival at the airport, transfer to your hotel and check in to your accommodation. You will have your free time to rest at your leisure or have dinner and wander in the streets.
After a refreshing breakfast, begin your day at the iconic Palace Square. Admire the Winter Palace, the State Hermitage Museum, and the Alexander Column. You can spend your morning exploring the vast collections of art and artifacts at the State Hermitage Museum.
At late morning, you can walk to the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, marvel at its intricate architecture and vibrant mosaics. You will be able to have lunch at a nearby café or restaurant, as there are several options in the area.
After lunch, stroll to St. Isaac's Cathedral. Climb to the colonnade for panoramic views of the city. Walk to the Yusupov Palace, known for its rich history and association with Rasputin. Explore its opulent interiors.
At evening, you can take a leisurely walk along Nevsky Prospekt, the city's main avenue. Explore shops and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Then, have dinner at a restaurant or near Nevsky Prospekt.
Refreshing breakfast in the morning, rest at leisure and then in the afternoon, you can take a boat trip along the canals and Neva River. This will offer you panoramic views of some of the city's most iconic landmarks, including the Winter Palace, Peter and Paul Fortress, and the Peter and Paul Cathedral.
You will be able to explore the city's picturesque canals. The boat will pass under low bridges, providing a unique perspective of the cityscape. You might go through the Moyka River, Fontanka River, and other smaller canals. This is especially popular around nighttime in summers when the sun hardly ever sets throughout the day, due to the altitude, leading to a phenomenon called 'White Nights'.
Conclude your evening with dinner at a restaurant along the river or canal, enjoying the views and the serene atmosphere.
After breakfast, you can start the day by taking hydrofoil or train to Peterhof, which is 18 miles away from St. Petersburg. Upon arrival, explore the beautiful gardens and fountains of the Peterhof Palace. In the afternoon, you can have lunch and Visit the Grand Cascade and Samson Fountain.
You can then, head to Pushkin, which is 49 minutes’ drive; it is a small town in the neighborhoods of Saint Petersburg. You can visit the Catherine Palace and its famous Amber Room. Explore the nearby Alexander Park.
In the evening, return to St. Petersburg for dinner.
In the morning and after breakfast, you can visit the Russian Museum, dedicated to Russian fine arts. Then, have lunch in the city center and explore the Fabergé Museum to see exquisite Fabergé eggs.
You can then spend the afternoon shopping and exploring along the streets. Take a leisurely stroll to soak in the city's atmosphere one last time. In addition, enjoy a farewell dinner at a trendy restaurant.
Optionally, you can attend a ballet or opera performance in the evening at Mariinsky Theatre.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport for departure.
