Welcome to Tokyo! Upon arrival at the airport you will be transferred to the hotel, check in and take a leisurely stroll in the neighborhood to get a feel for the city. Enjoy your first Japanese meal at a local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Tokyo.
After a refreshing breakfast, start the day with a 2-hour history exploration in Asakusa.
First, stop at Sumida River, across the the Azumabashi bridge, we will see Tokyo Sky Tree, Asahi Breweries' headquarters with its world-famous golden flame object.
Then, Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center; From Sumida river, stroll to Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center. This is not just a valuable source of sightseeing information, but one of Asakusa’s newest sightseeing attractions. This 8-story building, designed by a world famous Japanese architect, has a very striking structure with the appearance of a stack of separate wooden buildings that seem piled up on top of each other at different angles.
Stop at Kaminarimon; Thunder Gate is the outer of two large entrance gates that ultimately leads to the Sensō-ji temple. The gate, with its huge red lantern and statues, is popular among tourists.
Next stop at Nakamise Shopping Street; this shopping street connects Kaminarimon gate and Sensoji-temple's main gate. The 250 m approach is lined with a number of souvenir shops and food stalls. The guide will show you where to buy souvenirs you are interested in.
Afterward, Hozomon; The Hōzōmon (Treasure-House Gate) is the inner of two large entrance gates that ultimately leads to the Sensō-ji temple (the outer being the Kaminarimon), Tokyo. A two-story gate, the Hōzōmon's second story houses many of the Sensō-ji's treasures.
Finally visit the Asakusa Shrine; to those familiar with religions, it is unfathomable that Busshist temple and Shinto shrine coexist on the same premises and share both their origins and worshipers.
Visit Tokyo Tower and enjoy a variety of virtual reality and high-tech attractions at the Red Tokyo Tower digital amusement park. Play games with a day pass to Japan's largest eSports park.
You can then visit the Miraikan Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation, and enjoy the evening at the Rainbow Bridge with a beautiful view of the city.
After a refreshing breakfast, start the day with a 3 hours walking tour at Ginza Architecture.
Stop at Ginza, walk between site to site in total and then head to Tsukiji Hongwanji Temple where you can go inside it and learn more about it.
Next, stop at Kabukiza Theater, as you will go inside and enjoy its features; it is one of the most iconic and historically significant theaters in Japan, specializing in the traditional performing art of Kabuki.
Other sites such as Nicolas G. Hayek Center, Toyoiwa Inari Shrine, Ginza Maison Hermes Le Forum, Mikimoto Boutique Ginza 2chome, UNIQLO Marronier Gate Ginza, Wako Ginza and Okuno Building that you will have the chance to walk inside them and enjoy their features.
After breakfast, start the day with a 3 hours walking tour at Harajuku. Stop at Showcase Tokyo Architecture tours, the tour will start in front of the Meiji Shrine in the serene of Meiji Jingu Park. Then admire Tokyo’s most impressive landmarks Yoyogi gymnasium by Kenzo Tange from the distance.
Then stop at the contemporary and unique fashion boutique architecture such as The Iceberg, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Tod's, Sunny hills and Prada. Next, you can see the backstreet neighborhood, shop, dine, and appreciate the different aspects of the area and get amused by its diversity.
Breakfast at the hotel, meet the guide in front of the gate of Tsukiji Honganji Temple, and start exploring the Tsukiji fish market on this 3-hour food-focused tour.
Stop at Tsukiji Jogai Market; absorb the sights, sounds and smells and learn about Tsukiji's 80-year history as the biggest fish market in Japan. The market is famous for its fresh seafood offerings. You can find a wide range of seafood products, including sushi, sashimi, seafood skewers, and more. Many small eateries and restaurants in the market serve up delectable dishes prepared from the freshest ingredients.
Then, you will do food tour at The Tsukiji Market. Next, pass by the Tsukiji Hitachiya and Tsukiji Uogashi so you can buy kitchen tools and hundreds kinds of freshest fishes.
Finally, conclude the tour at delicious Sushi restaurant in the Tsukiji Fish Market.
