Our tour starts with the Noble Sanctuary, from this sacred location where the dazzling Dome of the Rock and Al-Aqsa mosque stands. We will catch some of the best panoramic views of Jerusalem from the Austrian Hospice with all its emblematic domes and spires from the top of this historic building.
On the way to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, we will walk on the exact path that Jesus walked to the site of his crucifixion and resurrection. Then you will follow your local guide through the quarters of the old city: the Muslim, the Christian, the Jewish, and the Armenian and hear tales about each one of them. Continue strolling in the Old Market, the perfect way to experience old Jerusalem's authentic vibes and bustle. It's also an excellent place for shopping and meeting locals. Stop by this non-profit organization, Sunbula, which empowers Palestinian artisans through promoting and selling traditional handicrafts, including embroidery, weaving, carving, and olive-oil soap.
Now, it is time to enjoy a traditional dinner at a local's home. We have a special dinner planned for you! Tonight, you'll get to eat a home-cooked- meal in a local's home. You'll finally get to know Palestinians' everyday life and customs and taste the dishes that aren't on restaurant menus Overnight in Jerusalem.
Bethlehem and Hebron compose a wonderful blend of holy sites and local handicrafts, and today you will get the best of both.
Ride to Hebron to enjoy refreshing morning views as we journey south to Hebron. Visit the Ibrahimi Mosque, located in the heart of the old city; this holy site is built over the cave, which contains the tombs of Ibrahim and his wife Sarah and their children, Isaac and Jacob.
For authentic handicrafts, which are Hebron is famous for, you'll get the chance to meet a local artisan at the Glass & Ceramics Factory,
who will show you how they blow the glass to shape it. Then you can shop some timeless pieces for your friends and family back home.
You will walk amidst the spice sacks and fresh fruit stalls at the Old Market, enjoying the souq's sights, sounds, scents, and local atmosphere.
We can't let you leave without trying Hebron's specialty "Qedra Khaliliy" before we head to Bethlehem. It is a delicious dish that you will not regret. During the trip, you will enjoy a scenic drive through the lush hills of Palestine.
In Bethlehem, you will pass by the Church of the Nativity. It is a Holy piece of architecture that represents the exact location where Jesus was born. You will also have the opportunity to visit the city's highlights.
Then reach the Walled Off Hotel, an art space, museum, protest, and gallery all in one, packed with the artworks and angry brilliance of the British street artist Banksy. You will discover 'the worst view in the world,' namely the eight-meter-high (26 feet) separation barrier covered with powerful murals and messages of both hope and hopelessness.

On today's tour, you will discover the oldest city in the World, experience Bedouin hospitality, and get a taste of the local beer and wine. Are you ready?
After breakfast at the hotel, we journey to the oldest city in the World, Jericho. See the Hisham's Palac. It is one of the most significant symbols of Outstanding Universal Value in early Islamic cultural heritage in Palestine and worldwide. It is a well-preserved palace composed of spectacular secular architecture and decorative arts, including mosaic floors, stucco, sculpture, frescos, and carved stone.
Then proceed to the Mount of Temptation to explore the site where Jesus spent 40 days fasting and meditating while enjoying breathtaking panoramic views.
Now you will Meet Bedouins and have the opportunity to experience the authentic life of Bedouins as you tour the camp with your local host and learn about the daily customs and traditions of this community.
For lunch, enjoy a traditional feast like a real Bedouin by sitting on the tent floor and even eating with your hands if you're up for it!
And this is your chance to learn the traditional way of preparing Arabic coffee over a fire in the desert.
Afterward, you will Catch a breath by the Dead Sea, the lowest place on Earth. You can either enjoy an excellent soothing mud massage on its beaches, or you might as well bask under the sun while gently floating on the surface of the highly-dense water. Palestine is the land of breathtaking beauty and incredible hospitality! What could be more impressive than a tour in ancient olive orchards, along with the chance to meet local farmers and learn how to cook a traditional meal with them, then ending the day with a tour in a local soap factory!
This morning we will travel from Ramallah to Jenin. The ride is around 100km, an excellent opportunity for morning views of the Palestinian scenery and villages.
Visit the Church of Burqin. Established during the Byzantine period, this Church is considered the third oldest Church in the World, and we won't let you miss it.
Then you will experience the Canaan farm. Here, you will get a lifetime experience in ancient olive orchards with farmers who work the land from dawn to dusk to feed their families and produce excellent food for the World to savor. You'll learn from them about organic farming and taste some of the World's best olive oil.
You will learn how to prepare a Maftoul dish, the same way it has been done for generations. This is one of the Palestinian much-loved delicacies.
After our refreshing local lunch, we'll embark on a 45Km journey to Nablus and reach the Old Market, the beating heart of Nablus, home to an eclectic mix of historical landmarks, local vendors, and fresh produce. It's is the ideal place to encounter the everyday life of locals.
We'll take you to local soap manufacture where you'll see and learn how olive oil soap is made. The process is fascinating and has been passed down through generations. No visit to Nablus is complete without eating the beloved Palestinian dessert, knafeh. Return to Ramallah and feel the nightlife at one of Ramallah's Venues. We will take a short ride from Ramallah to a beautiful and historical village called Birziet. Visit The Palestinian Museum. Nestled on a grassy hill adjacent to Birzeit University, this beautifully structured museum hosts land, culture, and identity exhibitions. Then see, walk, feel, touch and savor history as you stroll through the picturesque streets and buildings of Birzeit's old town.
Palestinians are famous for their food, and today you will understand why. You will get to try a delightful traditional dish along with an array of Arabic salads and dips in a local, family-run restaurant.
Ride to Taybeh, a village nearby to the city of Ramallah. Along the way, you will get a glimpse of Palestinian Villages and Landscapes.
This small town perched high above the Judaean Hills overlooks the Judaean Desert, the Jordan Valley, Jericho, and the Dead Sea. Named "The Goodly" for the warmth of its inhabitants, it provides you with the opportunity to meet locals and taste Palestinian wine at the Taybeh Brewery. Drive to Ramallah overnight. If you still have energy, you can ramble on your own and experience the nightlife of this fantastic city.
Continue to taste the Arabic gum and fruit-flavored ice cream at the oldest ice cream shop in town. Can you think of a better way to end the day!
