The sights to see include the open-air Greek theatre that overlooks Mt. Etna, the Ducal Palace of St. Stephen, the Old Abbey, the City Hall, the Naumachie, Corvaja Palace, the Cathedral of St. Nicolo, and the Taurus fountain. The afternoon is free for your visits or shopping. Overnight in Taormina/surroundings. 

Breakfast at the hotel. Full-day excursion to volcano Etna by bus with tour leader (SIC). Arriving at 1900 mt Etna's station. Visit of the Silvestri's Craters. Time for trekking. Optional ascent to the area of the main crater with cable car and jeep. Lunch is not included. Return to Taormina. Overnight in Taormina/surroundings.

Breakfast at the hotel. Full-day excursion to Agrigento and Piazza Armerina by bus with tour leader (SIC). Upon arrival in Agrigento, visit the Valley of the Temples (Juno, Concordia, Hercules, Olympian Zeus, Castor, and Pollux). After lunch (optional), depart to Piazza Armerina and visit the Roman "Villa del Casale" with its famous mosaics. Overnight in Taormina/surroundings.

Breakfast at the hotel. Full day excursion to Palermo and Cefalù by bus with the tour leader and local guide (SIC). Arriving in Palermo, discover the Arab-Norman monuments such as the Martorana church, the Cathedral, the Quattro Canti, Piazza Bellini, Piazza Pretoria, including a touch of local color with the stock market "il Capo." Otherwise, optional visit to Monreale. After lunch (optional), sightseeing by bus and departure to Cefalù. Visit the historic center with the Cathedral. Overnight in Taormina/surroundings.
