Check out Where You Can and Can't Travel Due to Coronavirus.

The International Air Transport Association (IATA), an official trade association for airlines worldwide, has created an interactive Travel Regulations Map powered by Timatic solutions. This map provides both airlines and travelers a quick view of the current COVID-19 travel restrictions for each country worldwide.

The map shows the countries with a color-coded based on their current travel restrictions (which will be continually updated by IATA). They are classified into four levels: restrictive, partially restrictive, not restricted, and the latest updates currently under review.

Click on the destination country; you'll find a report about current border regulation, including if quarantine periods are obliged, exemptions, and any documentation or testing needed upon arrival. The Travel Regulations Map sources its information from airlines and government agencies and is likely to be accurate. Moreover, be sure to visit the official government websites for the most reliable and up-to-date information before booking your trip.

Another source is the Travel Document link. It is simple to fill the place where you are traveling, destination, transit point (s) with the nationality to get the information.
