Itinerary: Let’s get to the details 

  • Day 1: Border/Airport – Petra (400 km)

    We have full day planned in Petra, the red jewel in Jordan’s crown. It is an ancient spectacular city carved inside a mountain, one of the world’s architectural wonders. Here’s how the day will go.

    • Petra: We’ll spend the first half of the day exploring the main sites of the city including the Siq and the treasury.
    • Lunch: We’ll take you to a great place for local food.
    • Camels and Tea: In the afternoon you can ride camels, sip tea in a real Bedouin tent and shop for souvenirs.
    • Dinner and Overnight at your hotel in Petra.
  • Day 2: Petra – Jerash - Umm Qais

    We’ll leave an architectural wonder and go to historical ones. The ruins of Jerash and Gadara are Jordan’s most celebrated historical sites. And you’ll get to visit them.

    • Morning Ride from Petra to Jerash: It’s about 300 km along the Jordan the Jordan valley. You’ll have spectacular views on the way.
    • Jerash: The site boasts of the most well-preserved Greco-Roman ruins in the Middle East. There you’ll find exquisite ceremonial gates, colonnaded avenues, temples and theatres.
    • Lunch: You’ll be offered a wide range of delicious traditional dishes along with eastern salads and drinks.
    • Afternoon Ride to Umm Qais: The ride is around 66km. You’ll be able to rest and freshen up.
    • Umm Qais: There we will visit Gedara, the archeological masterpiece that offers breathtaking panoramic views of Jordan, Syria, and Palestine.
    • Evening ride to Amman for Dinner and overnight: It’s about 50km. And if you’re not ready to sleep, Amman has plenty of venues for you to go to at night.
  • Day 3: Amman – Dead Sea

    You’ll start with the busy city life and end up floating in therapeutic waters. How will it happen, here’s the plan:

    • Morning stroll in Amman: you’ll uncover the city where modernity blends seamlessly with antiquity.
    • The Roman Amphitheatre: This magnificent ancient theater hosts Amman’s most thrilling concerts and cultural events.
    • Lunch: Amman’s specialty is ‘Mansaf’, and you’ll get to try it at one of Amman’s best restaurants.  
    • Afternoon ride to the Dead Sea: you’ll be accompanied by desert and city views along the way.
    • Dead Sea: It would be about time to put on some sunblock and grab a hat! You can sunbath at the shores and float effortlessly on the salty water. And we’ll make sure to remind you about the black muds exfoliating powers. 
    • Overnight at the hotel in the Dead Sea.
  • Day 4: Dead Sea - Border/Queen Alia Airport
    • Transfer to the Border or Airport
