Our tour sill starts by walking through Jerusalem's Old City, taking a look at the Western Wall, passing the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and seeing the Israeli settler homes growing in the Muslim Quarter.

Hummus and Falafel are a must when in Jerusalem, and we'll make sure you try the city's best spots. Then we will pass to the old market of Jerusalem. It is unique, full of life, with a bustling atmosphere and fresh products.

Then you will go on the road for a tour of some of the area Jerusalem settlements, Palestinian neighborhoods, the Separation Barrier, and segregated lanes. You'll also see Ma'ale Adumim, one of the largest settlements in the West bank.

Next, after a long day, off to Bethlehem to your hotel/homestay for dinner and overnight.

We will start our day with the beautiful Mar Saba, the Greek Orthodox monastery. It is considered one of the world's oldest monasteries established by Saint Saba in the 5th Century in the middle of the Judean Desert. Then you will visit the Aida Refugee Camp and discuss with a representative of an organization there. You'll see the Separation Barrier up close and the famous Bansky graffiti around his Walled Off Hotel. You'll also meet Palestinians and visit the Church of the Nativity.

We have a special dinner planned for you! On this night, you'll get to eat a home-cooked- meal in a local's home. You'll finally get to know Palestinians' everyday life and customs and taste the dishes that aren't on restaurant menus—Overnight in Bethlehem.

From Bethlehem, you'll drive around the east of Jerusalem through the Judean Desert to Ramallah. You'll see many Jewish settlements en-route and enter the city through a checkpoint into the neighborhood of Kufr Akab. The Separation Wall isolates the area from Jerusalem. You'll visit Arafat's Museum; it is an excellent opportunity to get a glimpse of Palestine's political history.

Then you will walk the streets of this busy city. For lunch, you will experience the street food in the old town of Ramallah. We'll walk in the old downtown and hop from one shop to another. We'll take you to the city's hidden havens for Shawarma, Hummus, Falafel, kaa'k, Palestinian barbecue & Salads, and Mana'esh.

The evening is free so that you can enjoy the city's nightlife—overnight in Ramallah.

You'll be picked up early in the morning to travel to Nablus.
The first stop will be the Balata Refugee Camp, where you'll see the crowded conditions and hear some stories about life there. You'll also visit one of the camp organizations that helps make life a little better for the residents.

Then you will proceed to the Old City with its beautiful buildings dating back to the Ottoman period. You'll visit the ancient Turkish baths and an olive oil soap factory. You will also tour historical and religious interest sites such as Jacob's Well, which Jacob digs.

Next, we will head to the Samaritans' hilltop village on Mount Gerizim to see their ancient temple and modern-day town. Seldom a local Samaritan priest is available to discuss the museum.

After lunch, you'll drive to Hebron. Overnight with a Palestinian family.

After an authentic Palestinian breakfast, you will visit Abraham's Tomb and the Old City, where Israeli settlers live close to the local Palestinians. You'll see a local family and a glass blowing workshop that recycles glass from the city, crafting beautiful objects.
We can not leave Hebron without savoring their special dish of "Qidreh."

Afterward, you'll return to Jerusalem and meet your host family or stay at your hotel.

We can start at the mount of olives for a fantastic panoramic view and passing by the most remarkable historical places.

Then off to Mahane Yehuda market with the hustle and bustle of fruit and vegetable merchants and a wide variety of other stalls and small shops.

We will head to the partially destroyed Palestinian village of Lifta or the ancient community of En Karem with its many churches and Monasteries.

Overnight in Jerusalem.

The Old City of Jaffa is one of the most ancient communities in the country and lays claim to be the oldest continuously inhabited port globally. Jaffa isn't called the 'Bride of the sea' for no reason. And the alleys of the ancient city are refreshingly beautiful and filled with old shops, cafés, galleries, and bookstores.

Tel Aviv is one of the world's most recently built cities. These two metropolitan areas are joined at the hip and today form a single municipality.

Proceed Caesarea. This is a lovely city on the shoreline of the Mediterranean. Once there, we'll visit various dazzling ancient attractions like the Caesarea National Park, the Herodian Amphitheatre and Bathhouse, and Promontory Palace, among many other attractions. Overnight in Jerusalem.

After breakfast, we will assist you in getting to the airport or the next step of your trip.
